Farol, a date with art, nature, mysticism and good books

The initiative arouses curiosity and enthusiasm. On the weekend of February 22 and 23, at km 170 of national route 205, in the Eduardo Holmberg Nursery in Cazón, 15 km from Saladillo [Buenos Aires province], a fair called Farol will bring together publishers, bookstores and paper craftsmen together with musicians and other nature lovers.

This year the event is inspired by the celebration of art, nature and mysticism. An unusual cocktail in a fair that does not pride itself on being such. Walks through the forest, bird watching and musical shows harmonize with the universe of the printed word, and by all accounts "Farol" promises emotions and good times.

Cazón is a town founded in 1896 that today has less than 250 inhabitants, but it is very special. Declared a tourist town in the province of Buenos Aires, it boasts of being a sustainable community with clean energy, and has a 210-hectare municipal nursery where the Secondary Agricultural Education School No. 1 "Ing. Agr. Horacio Giberti" operates, the "Nidito Alegre" Kindergarten, the Camp Base with an adventure park, and also has a proposal for walks along trails surrounded by the most diverse species.
